I love citrus fruits. It’s a great source of c-vitamin and they are anti-inflammatory. However, citrus fruits are also high in acid which can cause problems. To avoid stomach issues, I have strict rules for citrus fruits. No more than three small clementines per day and no more than one orange per day. Exceeding these self-imposed limits may trigger stomach pain and vomiting. Recommendation: If you have a sensitive stomach, be aware about irritation that citrus fruits may bring.
